Church translation pricing

Flex is a usage-based paid plan for irregular, seasonal or changing use. It is A$0 in a month with no billable use. In a month you use Logos Translate, pricing is the A$15 monthly service fee plus source-caption, additional translated-language and generated Audio Translation usage.

Yes. Audio Translation can be used on a paid plan and is controlled from the church workspace.

Audio Translation is available through the public viewer page. A listener chooses a translated language and starts audio playback through their own device, normally using headphones.

Translated audio is generated only when a viewer requests audio for that language.

The cost is A$0.07 per minute of translated audio actually generated, per language. If no translated audio is generated, nothing is billed.

For example, a church has Audio Translation enabled and one extra language slot. During a one-hour service, the operator translates from Vietnamese into Portuguese and Arabic. One viewer listens in Portuguese and two viewers listen in Arabic.

If translated audio is generated for the full 60 minutes in both Portuguese and Arabic, billing is:

• 60 generated minutes of Portuguese audio
• 60 generated minutes of Arabic audio
• 120 generated translated-audio minutes in total

The number of listeners does not multiply the cost. Two people listening to the same Arabic audio stream still count as one generated Arabic audio stream.

If, across those selected languages, only 40 minutes of translated audio are actually generated, the church is charged for only those 40 generated minutes.

No. Viewer count does not multiply the charge. If several people listen to the same generated language stream, that language’s generated minutes are counted once.

Audio Translation costs A$0.07 per generated translated-audio minute, per language. Only audio actually generated is charged; source captions and failed generation are not audio usage.

Yes. When Audio Translation is available for the church, viewers can opt in through the browser and listen with headphones. It costs A$0.07 per generated translated-audio minute, per language — not per listener. Text captions remain available.

The A$15 monthly service fee applies to Flex only. It is charged once for a billing month only when there is actual billable use. A month with no source-caption, additional translated-language or generated Audio Translation usage stays A$0 and the A$15 fee is not charged.

Flex costs A$0 for that month. There is no A$15 service fee, no usage charge and no customer-facing A$0 bill.

Flex charges A$2.00 for each hour Logos Translate processes your church’s live source audio and captions.

Yes. Paid use includes one simultaneous translated target. You can use up to 5 additional targets, for 6 simultaneous translated targets maximum.

On Flex, only the time each additional translated target is active is charged, at A$0.75 per additional translated-language hour. Fixed plans use flat monthly extra translation slots priced for the selected plan.

Flex suits irregular, seasonal or changing use and does not require a fixed source-hour package. Fixed plans suit predictable regular use and provide a modest value advantage at their included hour levels. Use the calculator to compare your expected pattern.

Yes. You can choose a different model from Plan & Billing. A switch between a fixed plan and Flex takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, so pricing does not change partway through that period.

A switch between Flex and a fixed plan takes effect at the current paid period end. The dashboard shows the scheduled plan and effective date before the change begins.

Yes. The same rates apply across all 60 supported language choices. Charges depend on the plan and measured usage, not which languages are selected.

Yes. Eligible new churches get the same 4 free source-caption hours to use within 30 days, with no card required. Flex begins only after the approved post-trial activation path.

For congregations choosing automated captions or translation, viewers can use their own phones instead of dedicated receivers. This is not the same as a human interpretation service. Keep qualified interpreters and other access arrangements where exact interpretation or individual needs require them.

Hours are measured while an authorised live caption session processes church audio. Fixed plans share their included monthly allowance across the church workspace; unused fixed-plan hours do not roll over. Flex charges the measured source-caption hours actually used.

AI captions and translations can contain errors or delays, particularly with names, theology, accents, overlapping speakers and unclear audio. Check the operator preview and clarify important misunderstandings. Do not rely on automated output where a qualified interpreter is required.
