Terms of Service

The service
Logos Translate provides real-time speech recognition and translated captions for church services. Output is generated automatically and may contain errors, omissions or delays. It is an accessibility and communication aid, not a certified interpretation or emergency service.
Accounts and church use
You must provide accurate account information, protect sign-in credentials and use the service only for a church workspace you are authorised to manage. You are responsible for appropriate notices and permissions relating to church audio and displayed captions.
Free trial
A new eligible church receives 4 hours of caption processing for use within 30 days. The trial does not require a card and does not automatically start a paid subscription. Existing legacy trial entitlements are honoured according to the allowance already recorded for that church.
Paid subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are billed in Australian dollars. Fixed plans include a monthly source-caption allowance and may include selected flat-price extra translation slots. Flex is A$0 in a period with no billable use; in a used period it charges the advertised monthly service fee once plus reconciled source-caption, additional translated-language and generated Audio Translation usage. Generated Audio Translation is metered at the advertised per-minute, per-language rate and is not multiplied by listener count. No additional tax or card surcharge is added at checkout.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with other churches, upload unlawful content, resell access without written permission or use generated captions where a qualified human interpreter is legally required.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may make reasonable technical or security changes and will avoid materially removing paid capacity during a current billing period.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the service during the preceding 12 months. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
