What we collect
We collect account and church information, service configuration, billing references, support requests, security logs and product usage records needed to provide and protect Logos Translate.
Church audio and captions
Live church audio is processed to provide speech recognition, translated captions and, when enabled by the church, translated spoken audio. Logos Translate is not designed to silently record services. Churches are responsible for telling people when audio and captions are being processed and for obtaining any permissions required in their setting.
How information is used
Information is used to operate accounts, deliver live captions, calculate included or metered usage, process subscriptions, provide support, prevent abuse, improve reliability and meet legal obligations.
Service providers and international processing
We use specialist infrastructure, communications, payment and artificial-intelligence services. Information may be processed outside Australia where those services operate. We use access controls and only share information required to deliver the service.
Retention and security
We retain information only for legitimate operational, security, billing and legal needs. No online service can promise absolute security, but we apply technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the information handled.
