Before your first service

Run a short test with the same mixer, computer and network you will use during the service.

1. Download the Windows OperatorSign in to the Church Dashboard, open Operator App, choose Download for Windows, then open the installer from your Downloads folder.
2. Complete Windows setupFollow the installer steps. Depending on the computer settings, Windows may show a security prompt. If it says “Windows protected your PC”, confirm that you used the download from your Church Dashboard, choose More info, then Run anyway. If Windows asks whether to allow changes, choose Yes. On a managed church computer, ask your IT administrator for help if Run anyway is unavailable.
3. Open and sign inLaunch Logos Translate Operator and select your church workspace.
4. Choose the speech feedSelect the correct Audio Source / Microphone and use Test to check the meter.
5. Select languagesChoose the spoken language, then add the translated languages needed by the congregation.
6. Open the viewerScan the church QR code on a second device, select a language and confirm the page follows the live session.
7. Test captionsSpeak at normal sermon volume and check the Operator preview, Viewer and any Broadcast Overlay source.
