Plan & Billing in your Church Dashboard is the authoritative place to review the church’s current plan, billing period, usage, payment controls and any scheduled change.
Free trial and choosing a plan
Eligible new churches receive four free hours of live captions with one simultaneous translated language included. Choose the source and translated language from 60 supported options. The allowance is shared by the live source session, is valid for 30 days, requires no card and does not include translated audio. The trial does not automatically become paid and no payment is taken unless an authorised church administrator chooses and activates a plan.
The trial ends when the four-hour allowance is exhausted or the 30-day window expires, whichever happens first. At that point live captions and translation stop until an authorised administrator activates a paid plan. Plan & Billing shows the actual expiry and remaining live-session time.
Fixed monthly subscriptions
A Fixed plan provides its monthly source-caption allowance, one translated target and any selected additional simultaneous translation slots. The recurring subscription amount is the current plan plus recurring slot add-ons. Metered Audio Translation, credits, taxes, proration and other invoice adjustments are separate. An advance notice shows a recurring amount only when it can be verified; otherwise it directs you to Plan & Billing without estimating a figure.
Flex usage-based billing
Flex costs A$0 in a billing month without billable use. In an active month, the current A$15 service fee applies alongside measured source-caption usage. The first translated target is included; additional translated targets are measured by language-hour. Optional Audio Translation is measured by generated audio minute and language. Viewer count does not affect the bill.
Estimates, billing periods and invoices
The dashboard’s current-usage figures and an email billing update are estimates as of their displayed time. Final invoices use reconciled usage and the effective Stripe billing configuration. The dashboard shows the current billing-period end and renewal date. Use View billing history for invoices and Manage payment method for secure payment details.
Switching or cancelling
A scheduled Fixed/Flex switch keeps the current plan active until the displayed effective date. Notices describe the current plan and scheduled destination without presenting both as renewals. Cancelling keeps paid access until the close of the current paid period; a cancellation notice describes the subscription as ending, not renewing. Plan changes and cancellation do not rewrite earlier invoices or usage records.

Use the secure Church Dashboard for the latest account state. If an email, estimate or invoice appears inconsistent, do not rely on a guessed figure—contact Logos Translate through the website support form with the church name and billing period. Never send payment-card details by email.
